No-cost virtual Diabetes PATH series start in July and August

ANN ARBOR – If you have type 2 diabetes, consider taking an upcoming Diabetes Personal Action Toward Health (DPATH) workshop presented by the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan (NKFM). Offered at no cost to participants, DPATH features a facilitator working with a small group to explore skills and tools to help people with type 2 diabetes and their loved ones lead healthier lives. DPATH workshops are open to all residents in Michigan. No transportation needed! Access the following DPATH workshops with an internet connection on a computer, tablet or smartphone:

Diabetes PATH
Wednesdays, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Information Session – Wednesday, July 14 at 1:00 p.m.
Six sessions total: July 21, 28; August 4 to 25
