DHS National Honor Society hosts “Dexter Spring Fling” to raise money to fight cancer

The Dexter High School National Honor Society is hosting a community event for the local cancer support charity, “Cancer Support Community.”

“Dexter Spring Fling” will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 14 at the DHS Twin Fields.

This is a family event with a plethora of fun activities. There will be yoga on the field, an inflatable bounce house, tug of war, a live DJ, community partner booths, and much more. There also will be a meet and greet with high school athletes.

There is no entry fee. Donations will be collected for the Cancer Support Community to help provide patients and their families afflicted by cancer in the Greater Washtenaw Area with support services and financial assistance through the Sprout Love Financial Assistance Fund at the Cancer Support Community.

Suggested donation: $5 per person or $20 for a family
