Advantage Strength and Conditioning: Video shows kids about habit change

Brian Sipotz, former professional hockey player, Dexter HS hockey coach and owner of Advantage Strength and Conditioning in Ann Arbor, put together this video (see below) about how life-changing habits don’t have to be 180 degree changes. “A little change, done consistently, might just get you 230 miles away from where you want (or DON’T want) to be,” Brian says.

Brian and his kids were playing at the gym recently when they decided to shoot a quick video about habit change.

“This example comes from the book I have been referencing a lot lately, ‘Atomic Habits,’ by James Clear,” Brian says. “He talks a lot about how making small changes can, over time, have a profound effect on outcomes. ”

Advantage Strength and Conditioning in Ann Arbor opened its doors in April 2012, and has been offering quality strength training and athletic development programs ever since. For more on Advantage Strength and Conditioning in Ann Arbor, click HERE
