County Crime Blotter: Crime Slows Back Down in Dexter/Scio

The areas of Dexter and Scio Township were pretty quiet last week in terms of crimes committed.

On Thursday, Feb. 8, at 7:57 p.m., authorities confiscated drugs from a car that crashed near S. Zeeb Rd. and Jackson Rd. Both passengers in the single vehicle accident were injured and taken to the hospital. A blood draw was required for the driver to see if he was under the influence. Marijuana, prescription pills and an unknown substance were discovered.

A domestic assault incident occurred on Sunday, Feb. 11, at 1:08 a.m., at the 1000 block of Rabbit Run Cir. The suspect, a 27-year-old female from Ann Arbor, was arrested. No injuries were reported.
