“Christmas At The Mansion” Celebrated At Gordon Hall

Dexter Area Historical Society is hosting “Christmas at the Mansion” Dec. 2, from 9 AM to 5 PM, at Gordon Hall.

The Society has decked the halls of Gordon Hall with boughs of holly and other traditional holiday decorations for their annual family tradition celebrating the season. This year’s special feature is “The Christmas Village Collection” – a magical display of Milt Campbell’s huge collection of Department 56 villages. For those of you who may remember, this is the popular collection that was displayed in the windows of Huron Camera in downtown Dexter during the holidays.

Santa will be stopping in at the Mansion to visit with the kids. You and your children will be able to build your own gingerbread house to take home. Donations are always appreciated. Recommended donation for the event is $5/person.

Gordon Hall is located at 8341 Island Lake Rd, Dexter, MI. For more information call 734-426-2519, or visit their website at www.dexterhistory.org/upcoming-events  or Facebook page:www.facebook.com/dexterhistory
