The South Will Rise Again (For The Last Day of Civil War Days at Gordon Hall)

The below photos are of the 4th Texas Infantry Company E drilling on the western end of the property at Gordon Hall, where the Confederates were camped out during this year’s Civil War Days at Gordon Hall.

Military and civilian camps open again Sunday at 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., with simulated artillery fire scheduled to occur periodically during this same time frame.

Both sides of the conflict will hold a 1:30 p.m. skirmish tomorrow, which will be the final clash of the final year of the sesquicentennial anniversary of the Civil War.
