St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea appoints new Board member

Dr. Julie Soriano joins the board of St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea, western Washtenaw's primary local hospital facility.

St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea has appointed Julie A. Soriano, M.D., to its Board of Trustees, effective January 2017. Dr. Soriano replaces Cyril S. White, owner of Country Spirit CrossFit and Whitehouse Financial & Settlement Consulting, who stepped down after serving on the Board for nine years.

Dr. Soriano, a resident of Dexter is a board-certified Radiation Oncologist. She is part of the private practice, Huron River Radiation Oncology Specialists, and has served on the medical staff of St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor, St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea, St. Joseph Mercy Livingston, and St. Mary Mercy Livonia since 2013. Dr. Soriano completed her undergraduate degree at John Carroll University and her medical degree at The Ohio State University. She completed her radiation oncology residency at The University of Michigan.
