Lion’s Club Christmas Tree Sale Begins Friday

Dexter Lions Club Christmas trees go on sale this Friday, the Friday after Thanksgiving marking the official start of the season.

As with all their fundraising, the Lions Club of Dexter puts all the money raised back into the community in the form of scholarships and other charitable support of programs that enrich the lives of Dexter area residents.

So if the fresh scent of pine is a part of your Christmas tradition, you can choose a good looking scotch, spruce, or fir at the Dexter Lions usual spot for tree camp at Creekside Intermediate School. Lot hours are Mon-Fri 12:00 pm to 8 pm. Sat-Sun 9 am to 8 pm. Cash only, no credit cards.

In addition to trees, they’re sell wreaths and decorative roping as well and remember, all the profit go back into the community.
