Girls Lacrosse: Dreads win three straight before spring break

The Dexter girls’ lacrosse team headed to spring break with a lot of confidence and three victories, including two big league victories over Bedford and Tecumseh.

Dexter’s varsity team defeated Bedford 18-3 and the JV team won 8-5 to complete the sweep for the Dreads. Skylar Waddington had six goals to lead the offense.

Alisha Birchmeier (Junior) – 1 goal, 1 assist
Bruna Meister (Sophomore) – 7 saves

On the next day, Dexter topped Tecumseh 19-5 with Skylar Waddington scoring eight goals.

On March 30, the Dreads defeated St. Catherine of Siena Academy 13-6. Skylar and Marin Waddington combined for 10 goals in the win.
