Dexter Community Band Evening of Ensembles commences tonight

Dexter Community Band group Classic Winds performs Haydin during last weekend’s Foggy Bottom rehearsal.

Members of the Dexter Community Band ensembles will perform the first of their Evening of Ensembles performances starting tomorrow at the Chelsea Retirement Center, located at 805 Middle Street in Chelsea from 78 p.m.

Each year for the past 20, the DCB has performed this series throughout Washtenaw County.

Here is the schedule of performances:

Jan. 30 – Chelsea Retirement Center, 805 W. Middle St., Chelsea – 78 p.m.
Performers include Dexter Woodwind Choir and others.

Feb. 6 – Linden Square Assisted Living, 650 Woodland Dr. East, Saline – 6:307:30 p.m.
Performers include Quatre Cors, Trombone Choir, and RadiantBrass Ensemble.

Feb. 13 – Pavilion at Glacier Hills, 1200 Earhart Rd, Ann Arbor – 78 p.m.
Performers include Clarinet Continuum and Dexter Jazz Horns.

Feb. 20 – Huron Woods Memory Care Center, 5361 McAuley Dr., Ann Arbor – 6:307:30 p.m.
Performers include Brass Quintet, Clarinet Quartet and Celebration Brass.
